CPCS Traffic Marshall / Plant Marshall Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CPCS Traffic Marshall / Plant Marshall to join a busy construction site in Bexhill. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with an immediate start on Monday.
Duties:
- Marshalling all site traffic and plant movements safely
- Directing deliveries and ensuring safe access and egress to site
- Banking plant and vehicles in line with site safety procedures
- Maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation
- Assisting with site logistics and traffic management
- Carrying out daily safety checks and reporting any hazards
- Working closely with the site management team to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Supporting general site operations when required
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS Traffic Marshall / Plant Marshall ticket (or NPORS with CSCS)
- Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall / Plant Marshall on construction sites
- Full PPE
- Excellent awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
