We are on the lookout for a part time seasonal baristas/counter service assistants 0-8hrs, For our Portrush store, The successful candidates MUST be flexible for weekdays, evenings, weekend & evenings work.
We're looking for people with a positive 'can-do' attitude who can confidently tackle problems and manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills are essential. We are seeking an individual who is open to new ideas, takes initiative to solve problems, and is adaptable to changing situations.
About the role...
As a counter sales assistant your role will include (but not be limited to) the following duties-
- Ensure brand standards are met and followed.
- Barista duties - making and serving hot drinks to standard.
- Food preparation - ensuring you and the team are following guidelines.
- Kitchen duties - clearing tables and operating the dishwasher.
- Daily cleaning duties to be completed.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Cash handling - operating our touch screen tills.
- Follow all polices - Health & Safety, HACCP and COSHH.
Experience is desirable but not necessary as the right candidate will get the necessary training.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
