Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Location: Little Treasures Nursery, Norton, Worcester
Salary: £13.68 per hour (£26,320 p.a. based on a full-time 37-hour week)
Hours: Permanent, full-time or part-time — 18.5, 27.75 or 37 hours per week, worked flexibly over 2, 3 or 4 days, Monday to Friday

Little Treasures Nursery in Norton, near Worcester, is a happy, homely setting caring for children aged 3 months to 4 years. Job Purpose
To provide a high standard of care, learning and development for children in our care, in line with the EYFS.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a wide range of activities that meet the needs of every child, encouraging independent learning
- Build strong, trusted key-person relationships with children and their families
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and wellbeing at all times
- Complete learning journeys, observations and progress reviews for your key children
- Work collaboratively as part of a warm, supportive team
- Attend one paid team meeting a month (evening, fully paid)
- Take part in ongoing training and professional development, all paid and timed to suit you
- Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures, and respond promptly to any concerns
Qualifications and Skills
- A relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Good understanding of the EYFS and its principles
- Experience working with children aged 3 months to 4 years
- A genuine passion for early years, and for making every day brilliant for the children in your care
As this role involves regulated activity, it's subject to an enhanced DBS check.
