We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant inflatable theme park team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively in a kitchen setting.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to our culinary standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours.
- Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation within the restaurant environment.
- Assist in signing in customers for bounce sessions and be on hand to provide a 5* visit.
- Host parties for children or hold events.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques will be advantageous.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential for this role.
- A passion for food and customer service will contribute significantly to your success as a Team Member.
