We are looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Sales Supervisor to lead our customer-facing team and ensure an outstanding service experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the front of house sales team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.
- Drive sales performance and identify upselling opportunities.
- Open and close the store.
- Complete end-of-day reports.
- Supervise staff during shifts.
- Monitor and manage stock levels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front of house or sales roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
