Experienced Support Worker – Sleepovers (EH14)

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference? This is an opportunity to provide one-to-one support to an individual in their own home, helping them live as independently as possible while building a trusted relationship through consistent, person-centred care.
Your Role:
- Provide one-to-one support with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
- Safely administer medication and follow epilepsy care plans and emergency protocols.
- Support the individual to access activities and maintain their independence and wellbeing.
- Complete sleepover shifts, providing reassurance and responding to any overnight support needs.
- Work closely with a consistent team to deliver reliable, high-quality care and maintain accurate records.
