The Opportunity: Building a New List
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Associate to launch a new private list. This is a rare opportunity to shape your patient base from the ground up within an established framework.
- Support for Growth: You will be supported by our marketing and 5-star patient testimonials.
- Initial Phase: Starting at one day per week (flexible), with a clear pathway to increase days as the list grows.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Private Split: 30–45% split, sliding scale
- Lab Fees: Shared 50/50.
Requirements
- GDC registration and a valid NHS Performer Number.
- Proven experience in a UK dental practice.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
- Up-to-date Indemnity cover and Enhanced DBS check.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Ideally 3+ years of post-qualified experience, with a proven track record in private dentistry.
- Clinical Excellence: Strong skills in general dentistry with experience and confidence in complex dentistry.
- Communication: Friendly down-to-earth personality, with exceptional rapport-building skills to drive patient conversion and retention.
Pay: £47,871.24-£168,756.69 per year
