Universal Calibration & Geo is looking for a motivated and experienced Alloy Wheel Technician to join our growing team.
This is a fast-paced role where delivering high-quality workmanship and meeting customer deadlines are essential. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, works well under pressure, and is a reliable, punctual team player who can help us meet customer demands.
Duties
- Prepare, repair and refurbish alloy wheels to a high standard.
- Use hand and power tools to clean, sand and prepare wheels for painting and finishing.
- Apply primers, paints and finishes to achieve a quality finish.
- Carry out quality checks and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and assist with the maintenance of equipment.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, automotive bodywork or a similar role is preferred.
- Confident using hand and power tools, with good mechanical knowledge being an advantage.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, safely handle alloy wheels, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: From £24,420.00 per year
