Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised according to established standards.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Respectful and Friendly attitude to our customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
