Wilderness Reserve is located six miles inland from Southwold, set amongst beautiful rolling Suffolk countryside - a collection of delightful, exclusive use houses, ranging from hidden one bedroom romantic spa cottages in the woods, through charming four and six bedroom cottages to a 13 bedroom listed manor house and a 17 bedroom 15th century Barn, all set within a private 6,000 acre estate. Our collection of properties offers guest and clients a total of 86 bedrooms across both estates, at each of which we deliver private in-property spa treatments. Our private spa houses have heated swimming pools, sauna, steam and treatment rooms.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Spa Therapist to join the Spa team at Wilderness Reserve.
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering professional treatments and providing every guest with an exceptional five-star experience. You will create a welcoming and relaxing environment while ensuring treatments are delivered to the highest professional standards.
Our treatment offering is primarily focused on massage, facials and holistic therapies, so we are looking for someone who is confident in delivering these treatments and passionate about guest wellbeing.
About the candidate
- You will offer a five-star customer experience to each guest and have the technical skills to perform treatments to the highest standards. Treatments offered are mainly massage and holistic packages
- Verbal communication, including active listening, for learning about guests’ needs and explaining treatment options is essential.
- You will respect the high level of confidentiality that is required.
- You will be confident, friendly and passionate with the manual dexterity for performing treatments.
- You will be required to maintain the company standards, values, and operating procedures
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must have a NVQ Level 2 & NVQ Level 3 or equivalent within a relevant field.
- You must be fully flexible and be prepared to work some weekends and evenings.
- A full UK driving license is required due to the rural location of Wilderness Reserve and travelling around the estate - company cars are provided to our staff to use on site.

Pay: From £26, 000.00 to £28,000 per year, depending on experience
