Job Title: Production and Research Executive
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join our Production Team as a Production and Research Executive. The role primarily focuses on conducting industry related research across the public and private sector and producing agendas for new events. This position does not include direct reports.

Our Crawley HQ is newly renovated and equipped with a gym, fully stocked kitchen, table tennis, pool table, dartboard, and more. This role is fully office-based.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and contacting C-suite and Director level individuals who meet the speaker criteria
- Designing and executing outreach programs to schedule consultations.
- Guiding prospective speakers through a structured onboarding process to secure event participation.
- Consistently meeting monthly and annual targets.
- Attending our events at 5-star country homes across the UK, running on site logistics with events team
- Assisting on the registration desk, welcoming speakers and delegate attendees alike
- Managing all logistical aspects for clients on and off-site to ensure smooth event delivery
Ideal Candidate: We welcome applicants from various experience levels. However, individuals with prior experience in the events industry will be positively received.

Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: £25,000 per annum.
- Heavily commission-incentivised with first-year on-target earnings exceeding £45,000.
- Clear career progression opportunities within the department, including potential leadership roles and event portfolio ownership.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Training and Development: Our training is intensive, and team members are expected to implement trained methodologies diligently. As we expand, there will be opportunities for team leadership and broader roles.
