Pembrook Resourcing is working with a large and established automotive retailer in Belfast to find experienced Vehicle Technicians to join their busy workshop team.

With a £35,000–£44,000 basic salary depending on experience and technical level, plus an OTE of around £55,000, this is a role worth a conversation for the right technician.

About The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to a high standard while working as part of a busy and professional workshop team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnosing faults and completing technical investigations.
- Undertaking mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults.
- Completing work safely, efficiently and accurately.
- Working to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Maintaining accurate job cards and workshop records.
- Working closely with Service Advisors, Workshop Controllers and colleagues across the dealership.
- Ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop in a safe and roadworthy condition.
Who We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with experienced:
- Vehicle Technicians
- Diagnostic Technicians
- Senior Vehicle Technicians
- Master Technicians
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or professional workshop environment.
- A relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability.
- Experience working with modern vehicle systems and diagnostic equipment.
- A commitment to high standards of workmanship.
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to continue developing your technical skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
