M&M Supply is recruiting Support Workers and Residential Support Workers to join a specialist residential service supporting Deaf adults and young adults with learning disabilities, Autism, complex needs and additional support needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Support Workers, Care Assistants, Healthcare Assistants, Residential Care Workers, Mental Health Support Workers, SEN Support Workers, Therapeutic Support Workers or individuals looking to start a rewarding career within Adult Social Care.
These are full-time, temp-to-perm opportunities with immediate starts available.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist residential setting, supporting Deaf individuals to live independent, fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll encourage independence, promote wellbeing and build positive relationships while supporting individuals with their daily routines and personal goals.

Responsibilities
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Support adults with learning disabilities, Autism and complex needs.
- Promote independence and life skills.
- Encourage participation within the local community.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance.
- Assist with daily living activities where required.
- Follow person-centred care plans.
- Maintain accurate daily records.
- Work alongside healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes.
- Promote dignity, respect and inclusion at all times.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and organisational policies.

Experience within Adult Care, Residential Care, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Autism, Supported Living or Complex Care is highly desirable.
Experience working with Deaf Services or British Sign Language (BSL) is welcomed but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided.
