Duties
- Prepare and dispense prescribed medications accurately under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Assist patients with medication queries and provide guidance on medication usage
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensation and inventory management
- Support with medication administration processes as required
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and organisational standards
- Organise stock levels, check expiry dates, and reorder supplies as needed
- Provide excellent patient care by delivering friendly and professional service
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing prescriptions
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role within a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmacy regulations
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification or registration as required by local health authorities is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates
- CRITERIA - MINIMUM 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PHARMACY
