Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and pasta dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to management
- Support serving staff by providing timely and consistent food delivery during service hours
- Follow all kitchen safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques, pasta preparation, and general kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
