Part-Time Café Team Member – Esquires Coffee
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Team Member to join our busy team at Esquires Coffee. This role is more than just making coffee – it's a fast-paced café and restaurant environment where delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing friendly, professional customer service at all times.
- Operating the till and accurately processing customer orders and payments.
- Taking food and drink orders and providing table service.
- Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks to company standards.
- Preparing food, including light meals, sandwiches, paninis and other menu items.
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Washing pots, dishes and kitchen equipment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards throughout the café.
- Supporting the team during busy service periods and helping with general café duties.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy café/restaurant environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, if required.
