Registered Manager – Care Sector
Location: Greenwich Gardens EXC Scheme / Leicester Domiciliary
Salary: From £35k, depending on experience.
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
On Call Rota Basis to be included.

About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering outstanding care to our clients. You will lead and inspire a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational management of the care service
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
- Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff
- Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding practices
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the care sector
- Experience of managing multiple sites preferable but not essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
