Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a lively environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the catering and hospitality industry, working in a dynamic setting that values professionalism and teamwork. Previous experience in restaurant service, food preparation, or barista duties is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Assist with food preparation and presentation where necessary, maintaining high standards of food safety
- Handle payments efficiently using the POS system and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Support barista duties if required, preparing coffee and other beverages to standard recipes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience for all guests
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial
- Experience working in a restaurant environment or similar setting enhances suitability for the role
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are vital for providing outstanding customer service

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
