You'll work alongside an experienced team supporting young people with SEMH, Autism and additional needs, helping them reconnect with education while preparing them for employment, further learning and independent adulthood.
This isn't about managing behaviour.
It's about creating opportunities.
What your days could look like
Working closely with teachers, you'll support learners both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them engage positively with learning and develop the confidence to achieve their goals.
You'll contribute to the setting's unique Pathways approach by supporting students as they develop:
- Employability skills
- Functional English and Maths
- Confidence and resilience
- Vocational interests
- Positive relationships
- Independence and life skills
Whether you're encouraging a learner through a practical activity, supporting a work-related project or simply being the consistent adult they trust, every conversation has the potential to change a future.
