Job Summary
I am seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Carer to provide high-quality support to my husband. In this vital role, you will assist with daily activities whilst promoting independence. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help create a positive environment where he will feel valued, safe, and supported every day.
Duties
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and dignity.
- Support with daily routines including meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Communicate effectively with family members, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and report any concerns or changes in condition.
- Ensure a clean, safe environment.
Requirements
- Valid driving license preferred as early morning starts and late finish
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others’ well-being and independence
- Good physical fitness to assist with mobility support and personal care tasks
- Must be able to work Tuesday 15th September to Wednesday 24th September
