Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management for prompt resolution
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to sanitation and hygiene standards
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management
Requirements
- Previous hotel experience or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and basic cleaning techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
