Position Overview:
D4Health is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented Occupational Health Administrator to support our growing nationwide client base. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will involve scheduling clinics, supporting clinician recruitment and on boarding, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered to our clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the business, acting as a central point of contact for clients, clinicians, and suppliers while ensuring that appointments, clinics, and reports are managed efficiently and within agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule occupational health appointments and clinics nationwide.
- Liaise with clients, employees, clinicians, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Process occupational health reports and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checks of occupational health clinicians.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, clinicians, and suppliers.
- Support new client onboarding and ensure information is accurately set up on company systems.
- Assist with general administration and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative, coordination, or clinical environment is essential. .
- Previous experience in Occupational Health or knowldege of occupational health services and processes preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
