- Responsible for the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of multiple bar locations.

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, facilities, or building services role is essential.
- Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrics, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly and find practical solutions.
- Comfortable working independently and managing workload across multiple sites.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a professional manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent issues.
- Basic IT skills for logging jobs and communicating with management.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repairs across bar locations.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and basic mechanical issues.
- Complete general carpentry, painting, decorating, and minor building repairs.
- Maintain bar equipment, kitchen appliances, refrigeration units, cellar systems, and furniture.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and resolve maintenance concerns.
- Respond to urgent maintenance callouts, including evenings or weekends when required.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialist repairs and larger projects.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Assist with venue refurbishments, new site openings, and seasonal maintenance tasks.
- Support managers with compliance checks, including fire safety, emergency lighting, and basic risk assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or a related field.
- Full clean driving licence
- Health and safety certification.
- Experience working within hospitality, bars, restaurants, or leisure venues.
Pay: £46,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
