Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant with a proven track record to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. This is a pivotal role requiring a highly organised, proactive, and discreet professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' Executive Assistant experience, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials to a high standard.
- Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and written communication with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette.
- Assist with organising travel arrangements and logistical planning for business trips.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Support business projects and strategic initiatives as required.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Skills
- Minimum 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated clerical experience supporting executive-level staff.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Fast typing speed with precision to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
