Ranwell Playgroup is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Playgroup Manager to join our well-established playgroup in Bow.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum Level 3 UK-recognised Early Years qualification.
- An excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- Leadership experience within an early years or playgroup setting.
- Experience of leading SENCo provision within a setting.
As Deputy Playgroup Manager, you will:
- Work alongside the Playgroup Manager to support all aspects of the day-to-day running of the playgroup, ensuring the setting operates smoothly.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with families and work in partnership with external agencies to support children's learning and development.
- Support and lead the playgroup team, ensuring children are safe at all times and that the EYFS is delivered in a fun, engaging, and inclusive way that meets all statutory requirements.
