We are looking for a pharmacy counter assistant to join our hard working, positive team at Stow Pharmacy. We have great staff and are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to fit right in. Experience essential.
Day to day jobs will be giving in and handing out prescriptions, answering the phone with customer queries, ordering stock, dealing with stock deliveries and serving customers on our counter
Training will be given.
But it isn’t just about experience or knowledge, we’re looking for people with a genuine passion for customer care, and who will be ambassadors for healthcare in our stores. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with patients and the team, and will be able to understand individual patient needs and tailor your support and advice appropriately. You will have the ability to advise patients with confidence and accuracy whilst remaining customer focussed – we will support you on this journey from beginning to end.
