At London Skin Wellness House, we are a skin and laser clinic based in Central London, specialising in professional Laser Hair Removal, advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Laser Hair Removal & Skincare Practitioner to join our team.
This position is ideal for a practitioner who is professional, confident working independently, has excellent attention to detail and is committed to delivering a high standard of treatment and client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional Laser Hair Removal treatments, following appropriate safety protocols and treatment procedures.
- Carry out thorough consultations, skin assessments and patch tests.
- Assess client suitability and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Deliver a range of professional skincare treatments, including: Laser skin rejuvenation, Hydrafacial, microneedling, face sculpting & body contouring treatments, chemical peels, advanced facial treatments, facial massage and lifting techniques, LED light therapy and other advanced skincare treatments.
- Provide excellent hands-on facial treatments, with particular attention to technique, client comfort and treatment quality.
- Recommend suitable treatment courses, skincare programmes and professional homecare products according to individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate client consultation and treatment records.
- Follow treatment protocols, hygiene procedures and clinic health and safety standards.
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to a consistently high professional standard.
- Support reception and front-of-house duties when required, including bookings, telephone enquiries and client communications.
- Contribute to treatment and product sales through professional, appropriate recommendations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent and NVQ Level 4 - Laser and IPL
- Previous professional Laser Hair Removal experience.
- Good understanding of laser safety and Laser Core of Knowledge.
- Experience using Candela GentleMax Pro Plus technology is highly preferred.
- Professional experience delivering skincare and facial treatments.
- Hands-on experience and experience with Hydrafacial, microneedling and chemical peels.
- Strong facial massage and hands-on treatment skills.
- Confident conducting consultations and assessing client suitability.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional, friendly and approachable manner, with the ability to work effectively as a strong team player.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and client care.
- Previous experience within a five-star hotel, luxury spa or premium clinic environment is highly desirable.
- Good organisational and computer skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
Experience in additional advanced treatments such as skin tightening, body contouring, LED therapy, advanced skin rejuvenation or similar aesthetic technologies would be an advantage.
Additional manufacturer-specific training may be provided following successful completion of the probationary period.

Experience
Laser Hair Removal: Minimum 2 year preferred
Skincare/Facial Treatments: Minimum 2 year preferred
Candela Laser: Experience strongly preferred
Clinic or Professional Salon Environment: Minimum 2 year preferred
