About the role
Next Place Property Agents is looking for a creative, organised and self-motivated Property Marketing & Content Executive to take responsibility for the visual marketing and social media activity of our Tamworth branch.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining property photography, videography, floor-plan creation, drone imagery and social media content. You will work closely with our sales and lettings teams to ensure every property is presented professionally and the Next Place brand remains active, engaging and consistent online.
The role is based at our branch In Tamworth, with regular travel to properties across Tamworth and the surrounding area. All necessary photography, video, drone, measuring and editing equipment will be provided by the company.
Key responsibilities
- Photograph residential properties to a consistently high professional standard
- Film and produce engaging property video tours
- Capture drone photography and video where appropriate
- Measure properties and prepare clear, accurate floor plans
- Edit and prepare photographs and videos for property portals, websites and social media
- Plan, create and publish content across the branch’s social media channels
- Produce short-form content such as Instagram Reels, Facebook videos and property highlights
- Promote new listings, completed sales, lettings successes and wider branch activity
- Maintain a consistent tone, appearance and standard across all marketing
- Organise property appointments and manage competing deadlines
- Meet vendors and landlords professionally while representing the Next Place brand
- Work with the wider team to develop new property-marketing and social-media ideas
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in photography, videography, content creation or digital marketing
- A strong eye for composition, presentation and detail
- Confidence editing photographs and videos to a professional standard
- Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- A professional and confident manner when meeting clients
- The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
- A portfolio or examples of relevant photography, video or social-media work
Experience in property marketing, estate agency, floor-plan software or commercial drone operation would be advantageous. Applicants with strong transferable creative skills are also encouraged to apply.
Where drone operation forms part of the successful applicant’s duties, they must be willing and able to comply with all applicable UK aviation requirements.
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
