We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant
The applicant must have experience in this role, in dealing with paramedics, other healthcare professionals, documentation and medication
Southgarth is a residential home with 22 residents all with different needs, physical, emotional, mental health, dementia, regardless of care needs we provide top notch care to everyone
We look at peoples emotional well being as well as their physical
We aim to have a laid-back approach with no uniforms and we have an abundance of pets
The senior role aims for the individual to be an example to everyone else, pick up on residents' illness quickly and efficiently, be reactive, administer medication, comprehensive and accurate documentation, build relationships with healthcare professional, families
