Martha’s is a brand new social salon deigned to be somewhere people genuinely want to spend time. Set in a beautifully designed space, Martha’s brings together high-quality manicures and pedicures with a considered day-to-night drinks programme of natural wine, great coffee, matcha and cold brew.
This is a brand-new concept from the team behind a proven hospitality business, now stepping into the leisure space. We’re looking for a hands-on, ambitious and people-focused Assistant Manager to join us from the beginning and help bring this concept to life.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founders and help bring the brand to life - shaping the culture, team and guest experience from day one.
The Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team and the right hand to the Salon Manager.
You’ll help lead the day-to-day operation of the salon, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience and that our team has everything they need to perform at their best.
You’ll be visible on the salon floor, leading by example and creating an environment that feels energetic, welcoming, organised and commercially successful.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally confident, highly organised and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You’ll need to be equally comfortable supporting a team member, resolving a client issue, driving sales or jumping in to support the operation when needed.
