Job Type: HGV Class Class 1 drivers , excellent rates of pay and working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Duties will include, but are not limited to driving the below vehicles:
- HGV’s - Rigid Bulkers / tankers /rigids when required and wagon and drag
There will be a requirement for nights out.
Must be confident in machine moving, loading, unloading, load securing. Machine ticket is beneficial.

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable, professional Class 1 Drivers to work 4 on 4 off shifts. Occasional nights out (up to 3 per shift) will be required to meet the needs of the business. Successful candidates will benefit from comprehensive training. Earnings potential of £40,000 plus per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 1/2 HGV vehicles for the transportation of Biosolids and other products to various locations.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery and collection, adhering to customer expectations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Complete pre-shift vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, including digital tachograph records, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV C+E Class 1 driving license with no more than six points for minor endorsements.
- Minimum of 2 years' professional driving experience.
- Valid Digital Tachograph and Driver Qualification Cards.
- Up-to-date CPC qualifications (Certificate of Professional Competence).
- Excellent geographical knowledge, with the ability to navigate efficiently across the region.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach to delivery and client interactions.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- All employees are subject to regular drugs and alcohol testing, including a pre-interview Drugs & Alcohol test.
- Must be able to read fluent English.
