Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber/Builder to join our dynamic team. This versatile role combines plumbing expertise with building and construction skills to support a variety of commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to take on hands-on tasks that ensure the successful completion of construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical diagrams to accurately execute project plans.
- Use welding techniques to join metal components when required for plumbing or structural support.
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, cutting, and assembling building components to specifications.
- Conduct heavy lifting safely when handling materials or equipment on-site.
- Operate commercial vehicles for transporting materials or equipment between job sites as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, or general construction work.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and building structures.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of manual labor.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
