We are seeking a dedicated and experienced supervisor to support our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation and presentation to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it meets hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar management role or similar supervisory position is essential.
- Experience of working in a community bar environment that serves fresh food is very advantageous
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on hospitality.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
- Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous.
- Barista experience is a plus, enhancing our beverage offerings.
