About the Role
Flying Spares is looking for a reliable and hardworking Parts Cleaner to join our workshop team.
This is a hands-on role preparing used automotive parts removed from Bentley, Rolls-Royce and Aston Martin vehicles. Your work will ensure every part is thoroughly cleaned and presented to a high standard before being photographed, stored and sold to customers around the world.
No previous experience in automotive parts cleaning is essential, but preferred, as full training will be provided. However, a good work ethic, attention to detail and pride in producing quality work are essential.
Personal tools preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean used vehicle parts using appropriate cleaning products, tools and equipment.
- Remove dirt, grease, oil and other contaminants from automotive components.
- Painting of components to meet Genuine factory finishes.
- Inspect parts during the cleaning process and report any damage or defects.
- Ensure cleaned parts meet the company's quality standards.
- Handle parts carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Support the wider workshop team when required.
What We're Looking For

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in vehicle parts, manufacturing, warehousing or cleaning is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £12.71-£14.71 per hour
