** RECEPTIONIST/SERVICE ADVISOR **

The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Service Advisor to join our team. This is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised and working in a very busy environment with the ability to multi-task. This is a permanent, full time position.
Main Duties Will Include:
* Greeting customers in person and over the phone
*Booking appointments and managing the diary
* Updating customer and vehicle records
* Processing invoices and payments
* General admin support
* Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming
What We're Looking For:
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Basic IT skills (full training provided)
* Someone who can work well in a team and independently
* Punctual, reliable, and customer focussed
* Genuine interest in building a career in customer service/motor trade
* The ability to speak Welsh would be a bonus, but not essential.

Pay - Will start at the National Minimum Wage for your age (this will be reviewed dependent on candidates experience)
Workdays - Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.30 (42.5 hours) (Saturdays 8.30 to 12.30 on rota basis - 1 in 3 weeks)
