Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Duties
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Support senior kitchen staff in food production tasks, ensuring timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times.
- Participate in inventory management by helping to monitor stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication during service periods.
- Continuously learn new cooking techniques and improve culinary skills through hands-on experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; a strong willingness to learn is crucial.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
