The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dermal Therapist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is confident performing advanced skin treatments, passionate about achieving exceptional client outcomes and committed to building long-term client relationships.

You enjoy creating personalised treatment journeys rather than delivering the same treatment every day and you understand that tailored homecare recommendations and comprehensive treatment plans are just as important as the treatments themselves. What We are Looking For
- Minimum NVQ Level 4, ideally NVQ Level 5, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic or luxury skincare environment
- Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and cosmeceutical skincare
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Confident recommending treatment plans and homecare
- Professional, organised and client-focused
- Positive team player with a genuine passion for skin health
- A refined touch and experience in manual face and body treatment techniques, including facial sculpting and lymphatic drainage, with the ability to create a deeply personalised and exceptional client experience.

Working Hours
The clinic operates 7 days a week. Full-time therapists work a non-consecutive 4-day shift pattern (40 hours per week), including weekends on a rota basis.
