Bishops Printers is growing and looking for an Account Manager to manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B customers.
This role is ideal for someone with strong transferable skills, such as customer service, sales support, administration, or client-facing experience, who wants to step into account management. Full training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
The Role
- Manage and build relationships with existing customers
- Act as the main point of contact for your account base
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through regular conversations
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet agreed KPIs
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence speaking with customers by phone and email
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous account management experience not essential
