Summary
This is a new and unique role which the governors are keen to create to support our children and families at Cliviger. The Governing Body are aware that fostering strong relationships with our school community benefits everyone. This role would also be supporting the school administrator in the school office. The appointed person would work four days a week and balance their work with office duties and pastoral work. It is a role which would be developed with senior leaders in school.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.

Desirable Qualifications
- Relevant Level 3 qualification in Health, Social Care, Education or equivalent D A
- Business and administration qualification (NVQ and above) D A
Evidence of ongoing professional development (e.g. safeguarding, Early Help, parenting programmes)

Essential Experience
- Experience of working directly with children, young people and families in an educational or community setting
- Experience of delivering evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes (e.g. parenting support, emotional wellbeing)
- Proficiency in ICT, including Microsoft Office and SIMS (School Management System).
Desirable Experience
- Experience or qualifications in social work, youth work, community work or mentoring is advantageous
- Experience of organising and facilitating family engagement activities
