The Role
We're looking for an SDR to help us build pipeline and get our solutions in front of the right people. This isn't a closing role - your job is to start conversations and book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
This is a high-volume outbound role. Every day, you'll be making a lot of calls, sending a lot of emails, and running LinkedIn outreach at scale. If that energises you, great. If it doesn't, this probably isn't the right fit.
Day-to-Day
- High volume of outbound calls - this is the core of the role
- High volume of outbound emails, personalised to each prospect
- LinkedIn connection requests, messaging campaigns, and follow-ups
- Account research to identify the right people to contact
- CRM management to keep activity and pipeline up to date
- Attending discovery calls to learn and develop
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research companies, stakeholders, and buying signals
- Personalise outreach messaging to improve response rates
- Collaborate with the wider team on campaigns and outreach
Targets & KPIs
- Meetings booked per month
- Qualified opportunities passed to the sales team
- Activity metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
What We're Looking For
- 6 months+ in an SDR, BDR, or customer-facing sales role
- Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls - this is non-negotiable
- Confident communicator - written and on the phone
- Organised, self-motivated, and coachable
- B2B or tech/agency experience is a bonus, not a requirement
