An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join the Registry and Academic Development Directorate, providing a high-quality and responsive administrative service in support of the student lifecycle and enhancement activities.
This is a busy and varied role requiring meticulous attention to detail and an ability to multi-task to ensure that all duties are completed effectively and to the highest of standards. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and take pride in providing a high-quality service to all customers.
Key duties include:

Providing a high-quality service to all customers (Students, Professional Services Teams, and Academic Staff) through a variety of means, such as face-to-face, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Providing administrative support for key activities within the student lifecycle (e.g. handling student enquiries relating to term dates, awards, and timetabled sessions etc.)
- Supporting student casework and investigations by preparing documentation for meetings, including the servicing of meetings, in areas of work such as Academic Misconduct.
- Assisting the Student Operations Team with events and projects, such as graduation ceremonies and examination and assessment processes, along with other exciting University-wide projects.
- The maintenance of student records and related information held within the relevant University records and information systems.
You will have experience of administrative work in a busy environment and will be able to satisfy all criteria detailed in the person specification.
