Bar Staff Wanted
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly Bar Staff to join our team.
About the Role
As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests In line with licensing by laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times
- Operating the till and handling cash/card transactions
- Keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and organised
- Checking identification and enforcing Challenge 25 procedures
- Ensuring compliance with UK licensing laws and responsible alcohol service
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a mixture of daytimes, evenings, weekends.
- Good understanding of UK licensing laws
- Confidence in handling customer queries and working under pressure
