Job Summary

Duties
- Perform professional dental cleaning procedures including scaling, polishing, and fluoride applications to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene techniques and personalized care plans to improve their dental health outcomes.
- Assist with patient assessments by taking accurate medical histories and recording relevant information.
- Use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools and medical imaging technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning when necessary.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks such as updating patient records and scheduling appointments.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in dental hygiene practices, including anatomy knowledge and technological advancements like CAD and medical imaging.
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Hygienist with valid licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in delivering comprehensive dental hygiene services in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of oral anatomy, disease prevention, and patient education techniques.
- Familiarity with CAD software, medical imaging tools, and their application in dental care is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
