As a Level 2/3 qualified professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early experiences of children and fostering a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote development in key areas.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive working environment.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications and Skills:
Level 2/3 Early Years qualification.
Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being.
Enthusiastic and creative approach to learning activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
