The Role
- Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- Provide 1:1 or small group support, tailored to individual student needs
- Help manage behaviour and encourage positive social interaction
- Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment

We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting children or young people – in schools, youth work, sports coaching, or similar.
- A calm, patient, and caring approach.
- Passion for helping children with special educational needs.
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
