Job Role
As a Recovery Driver at Penllain Garage, you will play a crucial role in helping stranded motorists get back on the road. You'll be responsible for safely assisting, recovering and transporting vehicles Nationwide, providing excellent customer service, and representing our company with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to Brokendown Vehicles.
- Safely recovering and transporting vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles.
- Ensuring the proper securement of vehicles during transportation.
- knowledge of local area essential.
- Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to stranded motorists.
- Conducting vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics when necessary.
- Completing required paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and traffic laws.
- Every other Weekends on a on call basics is essential with this position.
Requirements:
- Valid UK car driving license.
- Must be aged over 25.
- Previous experience as a Recovery Driver or similar role, or training can be given to Successful Candidate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to lift heavy objects.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
- Pay depends on previous experience.
