Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and offering personalised advice
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas and equipment
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professional conduct
- Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring punctuality and organisation of your schedule
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in general beauty therapy preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Excellent organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain a professional workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly, approachable manner with a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Valid qualifications in beauty therapy or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience
