The Role
We are looking for a full-time Senior Care Assistant to join our small, supportive, and welcoming team.
Available shifts:
- 8:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 8:00pm
- 8:00am – 8:00pm
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:
- Administer, order, monitor, and record medications in line with policies and procedures.
- Liaise with GPs, district nurses, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support the smooth running of each shift and ensure all care tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Provide guidance and support to care staff.
- Participate in our on-call rota (approximately one weekend per month), including providing telephone support and covering sickness where required.
- Deliver outstanding, person-centred care while promoting dignity, independence, and choice.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Caring, compassionate, and passionate about supporting others.

- A confident communicator.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided).
- Able to manage challenging situations with confidence, compassion, and support.
