Duties
- Provide professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and well-maintained for optimal performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and provide clear advice
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and grooming products
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering where applicable
