Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities that promote early childhood development in line with educational standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth through personalized attention and encouragement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication with parents or guardians
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and daily activities to monitor development milestones
- Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and management skills within the team
- Assist with daily childcare routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices to ensure well-being
- Be onboard with positive change and the growth of the business.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in childcare settings or nursery environments
- Strong management and leadership abilities to guide both children and team members effectively if applying for a senior role
- Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues clearly
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to motivate and inspire young learners while maintaining a positive attitude
- Childcare certifications & nursery experience are highly desirable for this dynamic role

Pay: £26,436.80-£29,120.00 per year
